PROJECT MANAGEMENT
With years of experience in New Home Construction, Amy Zeppelin Design Group prides ourselves in our relationships with architects, builders and sub-contractors. From large scale project management, reviewing architectural construction documents or simply providing tile layout plans for your tile installer we provide 360 degree concierge support during the building process. AZDG will be your advocate and point person from the purchase of the property to move in date
REAL ESTATE
Looking for land to build your dream home or a home with good bones to renovate, Amy Zeppelin is also a licensed real estate professional who can help you with any buying, selling or rental needs. We also work with builders in helping them identify potential spec properties and eventually help them market the property for sale at the end of the build. Because we are a small company, we are able to offer competitive real estate commission options that could save you thousands.
